OUR WINE

China Creek makes three distinct wines:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.  Due to the different micro climates and soil in our vineyard, our Merlot usually ripens first, followed by the Syrah and finally the Cabernet.  

 

Our first attempt at making wine yielded us a gold metal for our Cabernet Sauvignon.  Followed by Silver and Bronzes for our Syrah and Merlot.  In our second year, we attempted our first blending of Syrah and Cabernet, again with a successful result. 

 

Since China Creek is not technically a "Winery" we are not allowed to sell our product, but we certainly are allowed to supply our friends and family with  the fruits of  our labor.
